About

Katherine Montgomery, LCSW, LCDC

Compassionate therapy. Real growth. Lasting change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who is passionate about working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, and self-esteem challenges.

Feeling stuck can be incredibly isolating. Whether it's grief, life changes, addiction, painful experiences from the past, or constant worry about the future, many people find themselves caught in patterns they don't know how to move out of. Often, we were never really taught how to grieve, cope with hardship, forgive, or show ourselves compassion, which can leave people feeling ashamed for struggling or unsure how to move forward.

My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel at ease, grounded, and truly seen. I bring a calm, genuine presence to my work and want clients to know they have someone in their corner who will walk alongside them through life's challenges.

Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and help you move toward a life that feels more stable, confident, and fulfilling.
